It was looking like for the 2nd time 3 seasons (and 2nd time overall) that the Dynamo were going to miss the playoffs. With 5 games remaining in the regular season and the team looking from the outside in, it was apparent that these games were important. Every point mattered. To that end, the front office decided that to help bring awareness of the importance of the final games to fans, a small documentary series was green lit showing what the team had to go through to help push themselves harder then ever.

For the first episode, I traveled with the team to Philadelphia, trying to document as much candidness of the team as I could. Since they were on the road, I wanted to also show what the team does to prepare as they face their opponent, so I followed the equpiment manager in how he sets things up for the players. This whole piece was very surreal as I know teams are generally upset when they lose, but the loss from this game was just so intense it was almost uncomfortable, but was able to capture some of that emotion which ended up geing great.
